We provided design-build services for the stadium and adjoining exhibition center, modeling the project in AutoCAD 3D. The facility also included a six-floor parking garage, with the first floor equipped to double as overflow exhibition space. Cochran handled all electrical Division 16 work, including lighting, power distribution, telecommunications, data, access control, audio visual, and CCTV.
In conjunction with the other project team members, Cochran received the 2002 Distinguished Project Award from the Northwest Construction Consumer Council and the Building Team Project of the Year Award from Building Design & Construction magazine. Engineering Project Director Martin Dilks received the Illuminating Engineering Society of North America 2003 International Illumination Design Award.
