Cochran provided design/build services for this 16 building retail center over 42 acres. Cochran was responsible for the electrical design and construction of the entire core and shell as well numerous tenant improvements, including Hollywood Video, Cost Plus Imports, Red Robin, Mongolian Grill and Linens N’ Things. Scope of work included power, interior as well as exterior lighting and fire alarm.
