Portfolio: Safeco Redmond Campus

Cochran provided construction services for the SAFECO Redmond Campus Expansion, a significant 1.2 million square foot expansion to SAFECO's existing 43-acre Redmond campus. All business services and operations remained functional during construction. The expansion included two 150,000 square foot office buildings with 300,000 square feet of underground parking; a 56,000 square foot data center, the remodel of an existing office building and expansion to include a cafeteria and conference center; the addition of a 3-level and a 5-level parking structure; and the remodel and expansion of an existing corporate services warehouse. The 43-acre campus was also upgraded with a new 15KV power loop with three substation feeds and a new communication duct bank to support the current campus as well as future buildings.
