Cochran provided design/build services for the renovation of this 1922 concrete warehouse in downtown Seattle into a 4-story molecular analysis laboratory for the University of Washington Medical School. Our scope of work included UPS and generator systems, telecom, power distribution and lighting design. The project was named R&D Magazine’s 2001 Renovated Lab of the Year.
