Portfolio: Nordstrom Alderwood Mall

Cochran provided construction services for Nordstrom’s new store space at the Alderwood Mall in Lynnwood. The retailer relocated to the site of the former Lamonts department store. The new 2-story space consisted of 126,700 square feet, 32 percent larger than the previous store. The building tied into the existing mall. The project was completed within an aggressive 8-month timeframe.
