Cochran provided construction services for the new Four Seasons Hotel, a luxury 21-story hotel and condominium tower located in the heart of downtown Seattle. The prestigious 310,000-square-foot mixed-use development will feature 150 guestrooms and 50 condominium suites. Our scope of work included all electrical, audio/visual, and communications systems.
