Portfolio: Evergreen Hospital

Cochran provided engineering and construction for Evergreen Hospital. This new medical center includes 248,573 square feet of underground parking and 321,899 square feet of building for a total of 570,472 square feet. Specialty systems include 15kv distribution, 480-volt power distribution, lighting control, three (3) 1250 kW emergency generators and paralleling switchgear, radiology and X-ray systems, fire alarm, smoke damper control, public address, elapsed time clocks, clock system, nurse call, intercom, access control, CCTV, TV distribution, area of rescue, lighting, and the access control system. The new construction was adjacent to Evergreen Hospital’s existing facilities, which remained operational throughout construction.
