Cochran provided construction services for Corixa's new headquarters at the Ninth & Stewart Life Sciences Building. The scope of work for the 11-story biotechnology building included, lab space, cold rooms, fume hoods, hazardous material storage areas, generator backed emergency power, UPS system, and fire alarm/life safety system.
