Portfolio: Benaroya Hall

Views

Benaroya is a world-class concert hall home to the Seattle Symphony. The 6-story building is a box-in-box construction that separates the outer building shell from the isolated 2,500-seat auditorium. The facility also includes a 540-seat recital hall, over 5,000 square feet of retail space, and a 2-story underground parking structure. Because of the unique constructability issues, very close coordination was required between all disciplines. Cochran provided electrical construction services including site distribution, power distribution, general lighting, fire alarm, security and extensive Audio/Visual and Performance Lighting/Dimming systems.
