Cochran provided Design/Build responsibilities on the tenant improvement build-out of the Chinook Office Building Project. The new 296,000 square foot Chinook Building, located on Goat Hill, features a 13-story office building, with a day care center and retail space on the main level and two levels of below grade parking containing 87 stalls.

Design/Assist
The design/assist model of delivery has evolved out of a blend of design/build and traditional bid projects. When the construction team is brought onboard early in the design process to work with a design consultant, the owner benefits from some of the advantages of the design/build process while maintaining a design team distinct from the construction team. With design/assist, our team of engineers, estimators, project managers, and detailers can provide any level of design input, from value-engineering ideas and detailed shop drawings to an integrated design review.
